It’s been a few days since my last update — mostly because there wasn’t much to say. Things have just been quietly progressing, which I guess is exactly what you want at this stage.
The big headline is that all the bruising has now gone. Completely cleared, which feels like a bit of a milestone. Everything looks clean, settled, and much more “normal” now. I’ve been keeping up with the aftercare as instructed, and it feels like that consistency is paying off.
Overall, I’m satisfied with the result so far. It’s definitely heading in the right direction. That said, there are a few areas where I think I’ll ask the doctor to focus a bit more next time — just to even things out and make the result more consistent. Nothing major, just refinement.
I’m also pretty certain at this point that I’ll go ahead with the full 30ml as planned. Seeing how this has settled has given me confidence in the process, and I know what I’d like the end result to be.
One thing I didn’t fully expect is the sense of satisfaction that comes with it day-to-day. Just… the awareness. It feels different, more present, more substantial. There’s a quiet confidence in that — a kind of grounding feeling, just knowing it’s there. I think I now have what Americans would consider a ‘Hog”.

It’s not about showing off or anything external. It’s more internal than that. A small but noticeable shift in how I feel in my own body.
So yeah — bruises gone, things settled, and feeling good about where this is heading.
More to come.
