As part of my journey, I have decided to write down some of the things I want to do sexually before it’s too late. They will have two effects: one is something to inspire me to lose weight, get in shape, and focus my mind on finding things I actually want to try.

Depression has a habit of making me procrastinate about making lists and persuading me not to make a decision. Writing these down is an ongoing task, but it’s starting to take shape.
