Appointments, Wishlists and White cabbage.

My appointments went OK today, and I walked into town and back home without the ever-constant shadow of my family. This was a good step in the right direction; I had gotten out of the habit of going out of the house during the last months in my old flat. Thanks COVID!

Over the Christmas period, I worked on my “Wishlist.” The items on the list will hopefully have two effects: one is something to inspire me to lose weight, get in shape, and focus my mind on finding things I actually want to try.

As I progress through this period of change, I hope to cross off many of the items from the wishlist, whether they be purchases, experiences or goals. The list, is, of course, subject to change as my horizons change.
